The AIB-3000 is an independent 16-channel cinema sound processor compatible with all current and older DCI servers, providing support for 5.1/7.1 sound formats and Immersive Audio (surround sound) for up to 16 channels. The device delivers an immersive surround sound experience by using full-range surround speakers with precise sound system calibration and enhanced bass management in DTS Surround Cinema certified auditoriums. The AIB-3000 can also function as a digital-to-analog converter (DAC). It offers various auxiliary audio inputs, including interfaces for a built-in cabin monitor, microphone, and external audio players. Additionally, it allows remote input source switching over Ethernet. Furthermore, with the HM-100 expansion module, it supports HDMI connectivity for encoded audio formats such as AC3.
